New Yorkers for Verified Voting (NYVV) has led the struggle for verifiable voting in New York State. We've worked hard and had much success as we've fought for verifiable elections, paper ballot based voting systems, and countering the influence of well funded voting machine vendors and lobbyists.

We've traveled all over New York State educating the public, legislators, and officials about the problems with electronic voting. We're monitoring the development and application of regulations for certification of voting equipment, and fighting for transparency and public review of the testing, selection and use of voting systems in New York.

For all we have achieved thus far, there is still much, much more to do. And we must accomplish it in an environment of high costs and limited resources.
